Where do you deliver the goods? +
Yes, we ship to all countries of the world, cooperating with the national postal operator of Ukraine.
What are the delivery times? +
On average, delivery takes from 10 to 25 days depending on the region in which you live. For example, delivery to the USA takes 8–14 days on average, European countries 7–14 days, the rest of the world 14+ days.
Do you provide a parcel tracking number? +
Yes, of course — we provide a tracking number with your parcel, as well as additional delivery information, via email.
Delivery cost +
Delivery cost is fixed at $10 for the USA, Canada and Europe. For the rest of the world, delivery is calculated individually in the cart but does not exceed $15.
Gift wrapping +
If you need gift wrapping for a special occasion, you can leave a note with your order or simply contact us via the feedback form.
Return Policy +
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of purchase we can accept returns and refund the purchase price.
Corporate orders +
We accept and fulfill corporate orders. If you'd like to place a special corporate order, please contact us via the contact form.
Certificates of originality of products +
Upon your request, we will provide certification of the originality of our product.
